Preventing certain users from running certain programs like chat...

I am using XP home OS and I was curious if there was a way that I can prevent one user from using a program but not another.

This would be handy as that it would allow me to prevent my child from using a chat program like Yahoo at certain times but still allowing myself.

Set up different users with passwords. Make sure your file system is NTFS so you can use access permissions. (If not see Convert in Help and Support).
Use the Security tab to set access permissions.

In Home the Security tab is available from Safe Mode or you can look at this little wonder from Doug Knox.
