Prevent Form From Clearing If Error

Hello - This my first post, ever! I have gotten lots of tips just from reading the posts, and now I really need some help.

I have set a form that has required fields, and if any of these fields are not filled in, then an error page comes up telling the user of the problem, with a link to go back to the form.

However, when returning to the form, all fields are blank and forcing the user to reenter ALL information. I would like the correctly completed fields to retain the information, and have only the incorrect ones cleared, or highlighted.
