Does anyone know of a way to prevent a user from deleting an email? We have a PC used to test applicants and would like to prevent them from deleting an email in the mailbox (Exchange 5.5). TIA!
That wouldn't work...We use this to assess an applicants PC skills. There is an email sitting in the inbox with two attachments. The user has to save one of the attachments to disk and we don't want them to be able to delete the email so we can re-use it for the next person. Thanks.
Thoughts, thoughts....they might be lame, but I'm trying to think what I would do.
--Store a copy of the email in another folder in that PC's Outlook. (I know. They *could* delete those too, right?) But at least, if you have to replace it, it's a simply copy job.
Hmm...maybe "How do you provide a mailbox for shift workers" at:
