Pressing 0 to get to operator? 1

Hey Guys,
So here's the scenario:
Someone calls in to my system (Norstar MICS 6.0 and a Call Pilot 150)
They press in an extension (for example 802)
The person at 802 isn't at their desk and voicemail picks up
If the person calling in presses 0 while the voicemail is playing they get a message saying "One moment please, The Operator is not available." then they get put right back into the 802 voicemail.

I need it to go to the front desk operator when someone presses zero. It works fine when an inbound caller presses 0 during the CCR recroding that picks up for the main number, but we can't seem to get out to the operator from a person's voicemail recording. There's a way to do this right?

Any advice on how to achieve this would be MOST appreciated!

Under f982, set attendant available to Y

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)

Under Class of service change the (Enable Personal Target Attendant)

Thanks Ace, but "Enable Personal Target Attendant" is already set to yes under class of service. So why doesn't it work?

Is that the Class of service for that phone?

The Class of Service for each line is set to 7. 7 has Enable Personal Target Attendant set to "Yes."
Seem like I need to set something else up?

Yes, and every mailbox has its class of service set to 7....but when you press 0 while the mailbox's outbound message is playing its says "One moment please" then "the Operator is not available."

Feature 982
Password: operator

Set Attd Available to Y. Most likely where your problem is.
Business Open to Y.
Make sure Attendant is Correct Extension.

If I read your question correct, you wanted to go to a target attendent from a mail box. This is different from the auto attendent. You do this by logging into the mail box (F981) and dialing 8 (admin) and 5 for target attendent. This can be a different person than the operator such as a persons secretary.
