I have a client that would like to have the ability dial the main hunt group when pressing 0 from a phone connected to the IP Office. Is this possible? I've been messing with short codes but can't get it to work.

create a shortcode
0/dialextn/200 (or whatever the extension is).

seems to work for me.

Yes:

shortcode - 0
feature - Dial extn
Tel number - 200 (assuming the group extn is 200)

The above works in UK, but we use dial delay count, depending where you are and how your system is already configured it may/may not work :-)
