Preprinted form for report...detail always 4 lines

Please need help on how to get a report to space correctly. Footer has important preprinted fill in information.

my detail section always has space for 4 lines...and detail will never be more than
4 but often is less than 4.. how can i get the footer to start always in the correct place if less than 4 detail items...

This is really quite easy.

1) create grouping or detail footer where you accumulate you amounts.

2) make this section invisible. visible = false

3) create a page footer section that encompases all of your preprinted form page footer info.

4) place unbound fields in the footer where they need to be to line up with the preprinted form information.

5) assign these fields to the fields on your invisible group footer.

done!
