I created a business card I need to send to my printer with the color seps. He wants it not in CMYK but showing the two colors, black and a pantone color.
I have a similar situation. I want send a business card wich has pantone colors and i don´t know how to create a pdf file using this tint. I´m using version 10.
well, Tshirtguy, why are you sending him seps to begin with? Why not just send him an EPS file? Just redo your file with Pantone colors instead of CMYK - Draw has many other palettes to choose from, and you can look in the Object Docker to see if you're mixing PMS and CMYK colors before you send it off to them.
Samuca, best to start your own thread because your question is not the same as Tshirtguy's
Make sure you use the spot pantone color palett.
A small white square in the center of the colors when the palett is displayed indicates it is a spot color.
If there is no white square the color is cmyk.
