Hit submit too quick.

Prem end script headers for a gif file, never saw that one before.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers
Paul

Probably a badly defined gif file. Although the image might be fine, the header info might not be in the correct format. Seeing as the GIF image format is copyrighted, some apps fudge it. If you've created the image yourself in somelike Photoshop, then it should be correctly formatted as that app has a full license. Some shareware apps don't.

Barbie,

I've since moved the file from downline of the cgi-bin directory, and it works fine.

I think it must just be Apache being overzealous about what goes where, and whether the type is allowed in the CGI Directives.

I will look into the Apache documentation (with an eye out for this especially) in the coming weeks

Thanks for your time
Paul
