Predictive dialer with 81c and Symposium?

We have an 81c, Succession 3.0, and SCCS 4.2 and are looking for an add-on to do predictive dialing/call blending. Can anyone recommend any products or manufacturers?

Look into upgrading your 4.2 to 6.0. Contact Center 6.0 (next version of SCCS) has an Oubound component.

I hear that it had the components to handle outbound dialing but it is not a true predictive dialer.

Thanks for the leads. Having never worked with a predictive dialer (although I have been a victim) I assume you give it a range of telephone numbers to dial, correct? How can you avoid the numbers on the federal Do Not Call list?

There are companies who do nothing but "scrub" call lists - compare your list against the Do Not Call registries (federal and state) and delete matching entries.
