Hi,

Somebody at work managed to print some slides with blank lines under, which are obviously there to add notes by hand. However, I can't seem to be able to reproduce it. I've looked everywhere, but I didn't find how to do it. I'm hoping someone can tell me how.

Thanks,
Frank

Does changing to Notes Page in the view menu do what you want?

Ok, well I've solved it. What I needed to do was to Send the presentation to Microsoft Word and specify to add blank lines in the dialog. I didn't use the right word on google, I typed Comments instead of Notes. So I did a search for "powerpoint blank line notes" and I found the answer on another forum. So thanks, you didn't have the answer but your tip was just enough for me to find it on my own! :)

Frank,
You can also select "Handouts" in the print setup and set the number of slides to 3. Sending the presentation to Word does give you many more options, including printing out any notes along with the slides.
