Dear all,

With a particular ppt file a user gets the error message "Can't open x because part of the file is missing" but the file opens fine on loads of other PCs. Other files are ok. Apart from looking at reinstalling Office is there anything that anybody can suggest?

Thanks for your help,

Benjamin

Thanks!

Strangely though I found that only renaming the file fixed it. - I had suspected that local cache-wise could be at fault because it was only 1 user's machine that it did not open on.
