I have a scheduled powerdown next weekend and I'm trying to understand what order to shutdown and then bring back up the equipment... my equipment is:

8700 server (active)
8700 server (standby)
MCC Cabinet
MN
MSS
MAS1
MAS2
Cajun Switches
Avaya UPS that attaches to MCC and also supplies power to above MM equipment.

I would go down the list you provided and back with power up

Hahaha you can do that.

But first of al make backup,s
Then shutdown servers and then the rest of the hardware.

Then go up with al the hardware and then DHCP/TFTP/HTTP-server and at last the S8700
