2 questions.

1. Does anyone know if there is a limitation to the amount of animations allowed in a Power Point Presentation either 2000 or 2002?

2. I have spec sheets on office apps such as Excel, Access, Word with info on things like the max amount of lines, amt of data in a cell, how many records, how many cells in a record and so on....

Does anyone know of a MSKB doc or another location for information on the Specs or limitations of Power Point, any version would help...

Thanks in advance!!

My understanding is that you are generally limited more from a hardware side than a software side. If you are going to load the presentation into memory and have it run anywhere near as smoothly as you's like, you are goign to have to limit animations somewhat.

I am guessing that I have used 15 or more on a slide, but the file size gets huge and you need a fairly decent CPU to handle it well (well being the operative word).

Thanks for the info.... however what I really do need more so than the answer to 'how many' is a list of the specs or limitations for Power Point.. .like I said, I have them for Excel, Word, Access but I'll be darned if I can find a listing for PPT.

THanks CP for the response.
