Power options

can anyone tellme what the registry key for power options is as I am trying to get bluetooth started on my toshiba sat pro 6100 and keep getting "could not open the bluetooth ACPI device driver(tosrfec.sys) I think this is due to policies on the power management. any advice?

Try disabling the power options in the bios as well as the control panel\power options. Just set them all to never, and while you are at it disable the hibernate feature.
