Power down a g700 gateway.

I have to power down and remove a g700 gateway that is connected to a 5.0 switch. I have to disable the announcments boards, but what else do i have to do so the gateway does not alarm?

If you're just getting rid of it entirely, x port out all the stations assigned to that G700, remove the trunks if any, disable the announcement board built-in to it as you mentioned and then remove the media gateway in the main system.
