Pots Line access button

I have a 9600 that uses a pri for incoming and outgoing call for normal operation, they do have some loop line cards from years back before the pri. All those lines have since been deleted,, (tg's and all)A paging company is installing a paging system and i want to hook it up to a loop line tn (00002000) and then give certain extensions (digital) a button to push to acces that particular line. I have placed that c.o. circuit into TG 150 for now and think i am assigning access codes wrong in the sysnp. ANy info on how to progam a button to access this one line port would be appreciated. the switch is R. 15

Trunk Assignment a CO trunk group and trunk port must be assigned. Refer to the CO /FX / WATS Add, Delete, Move, and Change procedure in the Special Commands chapter of this manual.
DT Line Appearance The DT must have already been assigned multi-line appearance in the software data base. If the DT has already been assigned a personal CO line, refer to the DT (Voice Port) Add, Delete, Move, and Change procedure in the Special Commands chapter of this manual.
Change the line appearance if the DT has single line appearance only.
