I have a customer with an HP JetDirect 170X Print Server and along with every document a Postscript Configuration Page or and ASCII Configuration page is printed. This just started this.
HP JetDirects have reset buttons on the back of them to do a Factory restore. I would take down all the settings... kick it with the reset button (you will need a ball point pen) and then use JetAdmin to go in and reconfigure the JetDirect.
There are also possible firmware updates.. take a quick pop ontop HP support and take a look.
