postmaster address is wrong

all postmaster emails that go out on our exchange server have the smtp address of: postmaster@domain.local (the domain name address) however our smtp address is @domain.com how can i change this over?

Find the account that has the postmaster SMTP address assigned to it (administrator?) and change it.
