Hi all,
I'm designing a post-call survey in which a user routed to main VDN X automatically routes to the survey after the call which is defined in VDN S. VDN S is specified as the 'Return Destination' in VDN X.

Within the vector for the return destination VDN S, I'm using the step 'converse on skill 37 pri m passing vdn and none'.
Now the above step doesn't work as the word 'vdn' has to be replaced by the actual VDN#

However, I want to use this vector for more than one return destination VDNs for different surveys and as per the documentation the above mentioned vector step should work. What am I missing?

Thank you for your help

In VDN X, put VDN S in the VDN Variable field on page 3, say in the first slot.

Then in the vector, converse-on skill 37 pri m passing V1 and none.
