Is there any way of seamlessly posting a 'note' or 'contact' in all mailboxes in a information store?

Cheers

Well, you can simply send an email to everyone and attach the note or the contact.

Thanks but thats not a good work around for me. I want to directly put a note or contact in everyones mailbox.

Cheers

Using an Exchange Full Admin you could exmerge it in but you'd have to do that for every mailbox individually which will be long winded.

What are you trying to achieve by the way? If you want a global contact, create a public folder accessible by all.

Not really a workaround, it's the way to do what you're trying to do.

The only other thing that comes to mind is what Zelandakh points out...use a Public Folder instead if you're attempting to share the same info for everyone.

Because of the lack of knolodge and lazyness of some of the people I support I'm hoping to put some notes in their mailboxes automatically!

Then use the Public Folders.
