Possible to create dynamic images with ASP.NET? 1

I've seen a few websites where they may have something like business cards let's say, and a person can enter their information into some fields, submit the form, and within less than a minute the site will generate a sample of what the business card will look like with the entered information.

Is this a function that ASP.NET could provide, or would it require some third party software to do this? I would like to do something very similar, only with posters.
