Cisco 827-4v (ADSL router)assigned static IP, connected to a Cisco 1924. Switch port 23 will connect a file server,port 24 will connect to a Cisco 1751v4 router (CME,Call Manager Express) with (2)FXO WIC cards and (1)ethernet WIC. The Cisco 1751v4 will connect (2)VoIP phones and (1) web server.

Does anyone think this build will work?

Should work ... Cisco Call Manager / File server and ADSL Router on one common switch should work.
