Possible faulty DSP in PRI24 card

I am having the strangest problem with a IP400 PRI24 card in a legacy card carrier on an IP500V2 running 8.0(44). Calls complete without issue and the call quality seems fine except that the DSP appears to be recognizing DTMF tones twice. So the caller calls in, VM Pro answers, the user dials 1500 for that extension and VMPro is seeing 11550000 as the digits it is getting. Looking at the monitor log I'm seeing (very strangely enough) duplicates of almost everything (example below) but indeed I am seeing duplicate digits. Is this just a wacked out PRI24? Anyone seen this before?

Crazy, it's almost like there is two instances of the firmware running with a slight delay between them
