I have 3 operators set up as qcc's. I am finding that 0 out calls are ringing on all 3 even though position busy is active on 2. The LDN has been renumbered to match my incomming main number DID. the dial 0/time out in Merlin Messaging is set to call answer service operator (768 - default). If I renumber 768 to the LDN then dial 0 routes to my auto attendant. any thoughts?
