Ports for QOS on a router for VoIP with the BCM

What ports need to allowed for QOS on the router for VOIP traffic? We use VOIP but quality is not quite their. Thanks.

28000-28511 is the default port range for the voice payload. The system and phones also mark voice packets with DSCP 46.
