Portrait vs Landscape report

Hi. I am using CR 8.0. There is a report that I created and it prints in landscape mode at design time. It also used to print in landscape on the web view. All of a sudden, the report is now printing in portrait on the web. If I open the report in CR, it is fine and prints landscape. We also have 2 different folders on the web server set up - allowing for internal access to reports and external access to the reports. The folder for the external access still works and prints out as landscape, just not the internal one.

I have tried resaving the report, resetting the printer defaults, and so on. Does anyone have any ideas on what could have changed or where I can look. It seems like I cannot publish any reports now internally that are landscape.
Thanks,
Angela

We had this problem and it turned out that one of our users was somehow modifying it and saving it in there. How, I ll never know. We did have security on it but something went wrong.

Try checking out your settings for the app you are using for distribution - we've had problems with that before too.

Hello,
Something to try concerning resetting defaults, (make sure you have a backup). Save the report without a printer setting, make sure you do the same for any subreport, close the report, reopen, reset properties to landscape, resave with default printer.

Thanks to you both. I tried saving and resetting the same printer and it did not help. I did choose a different printer as the default and saved the report. It now appears fine with the new printer. (This is my workaround)

However, I still do not know what happened and why I cannot use the original printer as a default all of a sudden for this report. At least there is a workaround & I do not have to redevelop the report!
