Hey All,

Is their a way to forward port 443 too to different servers.

It depends on what device is residing in front of the server. If you have a load balancer then yes you can forward port 443 to a different server. The same does apply to firewalls. How are you trying to accomplish this? Firewall, load balancer, webservers?

I am trying to do this with a Firewall, I have been looking to upgrade to another firewall maybe a Cisco or Sonicwall that has this capability. Or do you have another solution in mind.

Most firewalls will allow you to nat to one destination server behind the firewall for a specific virtual.

ie:
= 216.10.5.2
Real: 10.2.2.1

If you are looking to send traffic to the same site but to multiple servers then you are better off with a load balancer. Be that Cisco CSS or Big F5.

ie:
= 216.10.5.2
Real: 10.2.2.1
Real: 10.2.2.2
Real: 10.2.2.3

Port 443 is HTTPS, so I assume your talking about web servers.

Most web servers (including Microsoft's IIS)can reroute traffic depending upon the host header.

Therefore you won't need to port-forward to multiple servers, let your web server software do it.

Theres 2 problems here.

1) Capability of directing traffic to another system using HTTPS

2) You cannot have a webserver reroute traffic based on host headers in this case because the headers are encrypted. The only means is either using a firewall or load balancer which does not inspect the headers.
