Port Forwarding to use Sourceoffsite

Hi guys,

I am having a problem forwarding a ip:8081 from a machine inside the network to allow external connection. What I want to do is to be able to connect to an external ip address of my company (NAT address) and use the port 8081 which will then forward me to the inside machine which is hosting the ip:8081. Can anyone tell me what I need to do.
