I'm sorry...I know this has been asked many times - I am just so confused =/

Once I have the router plugged up, I telnet (default port - 23?) into it...what's the command to forward whatever ports from "outside" to a local address? Is it possible to change my IPs from 192.168.x.x to 10.12.x.x? Can I change between Class A/B/C LANs?

Appreciate all support here =)
