Port 21 and 80

I need some help.
When I'm using my local net I can to connect my FTP server using port 21 and web with port 80.
Why can't I use this same port from internet?
If I change to other port differente of 21 and 80 this services works fine, but my this one I can not connect.

Some one can give-me a Help, please.

Check with your ISP if they use any sort of port blocking on common ports. Sounds like they are blocking ports 21 80 and other incoming.
