i am trying to use a popup menu in a left frame of a site. the problem i have is that the popup appears under the mainframe to the right of it. is there any way of making it appear ontop of the main frame. thankyou for your help.

Assuming you are using a DHTML popup menu the answer would be no. The best way to solve your problem is to do away with the frameset and use a server side include instead.
