I'm a newbie to Definity and need to create a report of collected digits for a particular vector. We have Definity ECS R8.2 and CMS R3V8. I know that the Call Records Reports will need to be tweaked to get the exact data-however, there is currently no data appearing when I run this report. Also, I'm not sure which field is the correct for this data. Any assistance that can be offered will be appreciated, I am teaching myself the system via the manuals and trial and error, but have reached a stumped point.
