Hi guys,

As a relative newbie to installing Exchange Server in a Windows 2003 SBS environment, I have a small problem that is driving me insane. WIthout waffling on too much but to try and give you a background here is the current installation setup

1.I have installed AD on my local domain named rbs.local.
2.Installed Exchange server with POP3/SMTP pointing to my external ISP (NTLWorld Business)
3.Setup up Outlook on my laptop to connect to Exchange.
4.Can send and receive emails perfectly

Here comes the killer blow!! - All emails I send have a reply-to email address of xxxxx@rbs.local - not right, so I changed my default email address on the User Properties page to xxxxx@myemaildomain.co.uk (my official email address) and then added another smtp setting in the Exchange Advanced page and set this to the default. When I send myself an external email from my hotmail account, I can, by looking at the Server Management screen, mailbox, that the email arrives as the number of items increases by 1. However when I then run Outlook NO NEW MESSAGES!!! I can then return everything back to normal, send myself an email again and receive it no problem but I have now lost the first email.

I have tried setting up a Receipient Policy but this seems to make no difference - can someone please help me
