I’m having a problem accessing an IA770 Intuity with Outlook as a pop3 client. The IA770 is on a S8400/G650 running the latest version of CM5. CM5 now supports Internet Messaging on the IA770. My client has other sites using Intuity and/or LX which I have been able to access with no problems. The error I’m receiving is a login/password failure at the mailbox level. I am using the mailbox extension and the Audix password on my pop3 account. In the past when I’ve had this problem its been an incorrect server name on the voicemail server. I’ve checked the host name on the S8400 and the local name in the IA770 and they are within specs. I have reviewed the documentation and everything seems to setup correctly. Any sujjestions?

Thanks for the tip. I found a misspelling in my trusted server. All is working now. Even better, the IA770 is delivering the voicemail as a "wav" file not a "lvp" file.

Beautiful, glad you got it fixed. Was there a specific entry in the Admin log and if so, what did it look like, please?

I found a spelling error in this trusted server.
