pop up windows

I'm trying to create a pop up window from a url pop up menu with a fixed size, no toolbar, no scrollbar, etc. Just the window, 350 width and 400 height. Is there an easy method to achieve this result? I know very little about code and programming.

I have a pop up menu with about 50 links and I want to link each one to a pop up window of a fixed size, not a resize.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer a relatively simple solution.

In GoLive, go to ACTIONS under TEXT INSPECTOR.
Then choose LINK, followed by OPEN WINDOW.

I am using a pop up url menu and the actions palette is inactive when using a pop up url menu. I have links to about 50 different pages. The question is how to get these pages from the pop up menu to open up in the browser window at a fixed size.
