Hi,
Using Dreamweaver and Fireworks 4.0. I am able to create the (excellent) pop-up menus in Fireworks no problem and import them into Dreamweaver. And have even read through the Macromedia support page on positioning the pop-up in the browser by manually adjusting the x, y co-ords in the html code.
BUT...
Although it does exactly as I want in Netscape on the Mac and PC and Explorer on the PC, it will not display in the same position in IE on the Mac. It appears to ignore the page co-ords and take it from the triggering gif for its 0,0 point.
This is proving very frustrating, as this is a very important browser/platform and I cannot set the page up so that both IE and Netscape display the pop-up menu in the same spot, making it virtually impossible to design.
Does anyone have any ideas? Is there any code that is specific to Explorer? Any advice at all?
Help!
Many thanks,
Lance
