I have seen DHTML menu's before that pop up that have a so called shadow behind them that make the menu look like it is above the page. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how this is done. Is it done with CSS??

Sounds like an IE-only filter effect...
Code:
<style>
 .shadowed {filter: Shadow(color=#777777, Direction=135, Strength=5);}
</style>
You do something similar by positioning another div behind it though (maybe showing 2 pixels above and to the right). -gerrygerry

&quot;I'm doin' a one-nighter for bitin' Ed the mail man... the guy was tryin' to cast a spell on me... like a wizard or something.&quot;
&quot;Are you sure about that?&quot;
&quot;I dunno... maybe he was just wavin'...&quot;
