pop-up IE window cancelled due to restriction

Hi,

Working in a citrix session with GPO activated, I have a program working through a web site that needs to open a new window when you close the website, it's a deconnection process for the application DB. I always get an error message when the window for deconnection tries to open.

The operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer.

Run only allowed Windows application is not configured and
Don't run specified applications is not configured.

Where's my problem.

I finally found it, there's a policy "Disable Open in New Windows menu option" that says that it disable the Open in New Windows when you right-click a link in IE. But it does more than that, it totally disable the fact that you can do a New Window command.
