POP 3 Connecter download timer

Anyone know how to set the download time for the pop3 connecter to anything less that 15 mins ?

I usually do this on the workstation end.

Mail Setup
Send/Recieve
in the schedual a send recieve I change the value there.

Will that not only reduce the time it look for messages on the server only ?

If you need to get updates more frequently than 15 minutes, you will need another Pop3 connector. The following link lists the more populor ones:
