Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 Factory Reset

I am trying to factory reset a Soundstation IP 5000

Have tried pressing 1,3,5,7 on start-up, put the MAC address in, but does not clear the config, or reset the Advanced Menu Password

Looks like your missing a few steps and inputting steps not required such as MAC address.

Look at Option 3 here
