I just connected a polycom to my telephone set. If I want it to be a standalone unit I need to build it as an M2616 set, correct? and I need to make key 3 conference and key 6 transfer? and that's it? what is a "default M2616 model 20"? specifically the "20" part is what I don't understand. thanks.

in an option 11 you have a model prompt to chose a model to copy, i've never used the models, you won't see the prompt on a 61..
