Polycom IP7000

We just bought our first SIP phone, a Polycom IP7000. I created the user, extension, setup the config on the Polycom and it registers without error. However the extension rings busy when you try to call it. The SIP phone can dial out without a problem, transfer calls, conference, etc without issue. The phone is logged in and not on DND, so those aren't an issue. Anyone have any other ideas?
 
Yes, everything is to the letter. Only thing to note is we are running R8.0(16) in the beta programme and I have not heard if any of the other beta sites have this particular SIP phone.
 
What does monitor show?
I know sip extension do work as we haven some running on 8.0
