the million $ question: Does it actially exist.
if so, ild appreciate information on installation.
many a fruitless hour have i scoured the net in search of information on this.

The best and most comprehensive Policy Editor in XP Professional is the Group Policy Editor gpedit.msc. Start, Run, gpedit.msc

right. ok then, anyone know if it is possable to install said group policy editor on an xp home edition from an XP pro cd?

Gpedit.msc will not work under XP Home.
