Your best bet is to start a new thread with a descriptive title and post the issues you're having. Piggybacking on an unrelated thread won't get much of a response, and stating the issues you're having will help the people who may be able to assist you without going back and forth with a bunch of questions.
Think of it in a non-technical sense. You wouldn't go on a homeowner's forum and as for information on plumbing because you're have some issues. You'd ask for information/help on a problem with your sink, tub, toilet, etc... The same guidelines apply here. The more specific you are, the faster your issue can be resolved.
