PocketPC app - icon not displaying

Hi,

I am developing a smart device application for PocketPC platform using VB.net. My problem is that when I build the cab file, and install on my end device, the icon is missing. Even though I have selected an icon and included it in the project, I just cannot get it to appear. Is there something obvious i am missing??
