Hi all,

I have a VB executable that I want to run on a Symbol PPT 2800 Pocket PC.

When I load it up and try and run it, I get the following error:

"Project1 is not a valid Pocket PC application"


What do I need to do to this file to get it to run on the Pocket PC?

Take out the control arrays?

Too big?

I suspect the Symbol site, or Symbol customer service has a ready response to this issue.

If they can't help, come on back and let us know you still need help.

I assume that by now the problem you were having has been resolved.

For anyone else that has this problem, you need to use the Application Install Wizard (Tools,Remote Tools, Application Install Wizard) to create the setup files. You then need to run the resulted Setup program to install the application onto the PPT 2800.
