PN_ENGINE failed

Recently we upgraded all of the computers to the Citrix MetaFrame Web Client MetaFrame Presentation Client 8.00. Four of the computers I installed the client on Receive the following error when a user, who does not have Administrative rights to the local machine starts the client.

Detection of product '{2C42ED1E-6315-4E63-89E6-057EA114EBB8}', feature PN_ENGINE fauled during request for component '{DEAEF21B-4507-4142-9853-482CCA8FB2}'

MsiInstaller runs, and it appears, that it attempts to reinstall the client.

I have found the suggested solution of renaming certain registry values on the Citrix web site. I have tried these without success.

All of the clients are W2K Professional with SP4 and Office XP installed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
