PN Agent icon disappear

We publish a full desktop for the users and about 5 weeks ago the icons for published application within the desktop disappeard, it shows the icons if you right click on the pn agent in the system tray but not the icons on the desktop. Does anyone had this problem before?

We use windows server 2003 with metaframe Fr3
The desktop his heavily locked down
the users have roaming profiles
