PMP error: user not found 1

there are a dozen other pmp working great, but this one is giving us a hard time. we installed it on one pc and it never worked, she just got a new pc at the end of last week. we installed it on a new pc and still the same problem.

we select her user name from the list
enter her password
1st error-(Phone Manager)User not found
2nd error-(Pro Telecommuter)Failed to make a TCP connection, check your network connection
3rd error-(Phone Manager)Cannot log in. This may be due to an invalid username/password

i can log into her name at another computer, i can log into another name on her computer

i dont understand, it looks like it is trying to log inot pmp as telecommuter mode, but it is definately set as just Pro.

Any ideas???

Had this trouble there is a post in here as to there is a Profile in My Docs.
Deleted this Profile and it solved my trouble.
