I like it Edd - very good.
His eyes at the top, I think that looks very good. How did you do that?
One thing I would change though is the flash at the botttom, once it has loaded and the name appears I would leave it at that. Those constantly moving squares are distracting to me at least.

did that effect in photoshop. I have quite a lot of negative responses about the flash at the bottom, personally i think it adds something extra to a static site, but probably need to change it as the majority of users find it distracting.

Yes, that flash movie is distracting. I think that you should either have the blocks move only when the page loads or only every 30 seconds or so, just to make the user realize seomthing is happening without overpowering him.

The flash is kinda annoying only because it does the same thing over and over again and its kinda going fast. If you want to add something to a "static page," as u called it, maybe only have it only loop twice, then maybe have a different color block or line slowly move across that section from one end to the other. That would add "some" movement, but not be as annoying as those perky blocks constantly going across the bottom. Just a thought.

I would change the body text to white and perhaps a sans-serif font. The frame surrounding it looks really polished, but the text looks kind of bland. Play it up with stylesheets. Also, I think it'd look great if you used stylesheets to change the color of the scrollbar to match the rest of the site.
If you want to have flash to spice up your site, you might want to do something with the top. I'd leave the bottom static (or, perhaps just do the flash stuff once, or when people mouseover it), but I could definitely see having some subtle movement through the squares on top.
Also, I think it'd be nice if you put different pictures in the lefthand column for each of the different sections. Or, do a JavaScript dealy that randomly puts an image there.
All-in-all, though, I think it's a really great looking site. Love the green; it goes well with what the site's about.
